The information populated from this form is entered into the confidential ARID Membership Database managed by the Membership Development Committee Chair. The electronic record of your information is deleted after it is entered into the database. The Board of Directors and the Membership Committee Chair may use the database information to generate official membership rosters that report Name and Membership Category only, for targeted communications, for quantitative reporting purposes, such as "...15 of the 30 voting members are certified," or other needs as determined necessary for the proper administration of ARID business. ARID Board of Directors and the Membership Committee Chair are committed to storing, accessing, and otherwise using database information in a secure, judicious, and as-needed basis. The information populated from this form will not be printed or otherwise posted for public viewing, except to generate membership rosters as previously described.
