Interpreting Agreement

I agree to interpret for the Arkansas Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (ARID) at the ASD Tornado Shelter (Leopards Spot) on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for the workshop titled "Professional Guidelines and Codes of Ethics for Interpreting in Educational Settings" presented by Allyson Caruthers. I will be compensated at a rate of $35 per hour for 3 hours, totaling $105.*

I understand that I must submit my W-9 form to ARID before any payments can be issued. If I earn more than $600 from ARID in any calendar year, I will receive a 1099 form. The 1099 will be sent electronically to the email address I provided above. If I need to update my email address, I must send the new address to treasurer@arkansasrid.org before December 31st of the same year.*
